How long will it take to get my items made?

once payment has been completed your item will be sent within 2-3 days depending on item and quantity. Please be aware Australia Post do currently have delays in their postal service so it may take longer then expeced.
Can i return my item if its the wrong size?

Unfortunately no. Please make sure you check the sizing graph to select the correct size. if you are still unsure please send me a email shadowfoxxyandme@gmail.com and i will help you with your enquiries
do you combine in shipping?

Yes shipping will be combined. if you buy 1 or if you buy 10 scrunchies shipping is charges at the flat rate as long as it weighs under 500g australia $8.95 International $24.00
how often do you display new items?

I will post all new items via instagram and they will be available to purchase within a week of posting our new products. i aim to put new products once a week
